| This was a post I sent out to the entire SD family but believe it needs to be repeated and not just by me but by EVERYONE. We want SD to always be part of the solution and not be part of the problem with the LOW success rate for people in our industry and these are 5 things that I have been sharing on EVERY phone call I am on!As the TRENDS of thie industry really start to take hold of people there are a few points we have really been making a HUGE dent in.
1. Cross Recruiting is at an all time high! If you are social networking at all 80 to 100% of the people you meet online are already in a primary opportunity. What is YOUR agenda when you meet these people? There are only two choices. Cross Recruit them or offer them something to help them with their current business.

2. People are looking for SECOND income streams. Well why not give them one with thier tool box instead of them looking for one. ANY networker that gets any good will go looking.

3. People Leave and companies close. No matter what we do people will not always be happy with our opportunity. Well currently if you spend the time with someone and they decide to leave your DONE...no more income.

I know some of you do not play golf.
Golf is a lesson in life and building your network marketing business!
You can put your ball in the bunker.
You can hit a Drive and put it in the water.
You could hit a iron into the house of mirrors!
It all comes down to mindset!
You could be having a bad golfing round. The most important thing to remember is what is your attitude.
The hole is past do not it Last!
When you go through your life journey you will encounter peaks and valleys.
When you are building your network marketing business you will encounter rejection, frustration, and forks in the road.
It is personal development and character building.
It is your reaction to your challenges and mishaps that is Important!
It is setting yourself up to win every time you step up to the plate, the tee, or the phone!
Concieve it and Believe it!
The other day I played golf, I was on the 18th hole. I needed a par to break 100.
I hit my drive in the rough. My next shot was over the bunkers and in the rough off of the green.
I hit a bad chip with my third shot although I did land on the green.
I had a 30+ putt to make my par. I looked at my husband and I said I am making this putt!
I had absolute certainty! I believed in my mind I was going to make the putt!
Guess what? I did!
It is all about what you believe in your mind!
Learn from every experience in life and understand lifes experiences will help you grow in character and personal development!
Do not let your golf game determine your attitude!
It is your attitude that should determine your golf game!

READ CAREFULLY - Are YOU leading your team?
Hello Team,
Just an Important note: I am NOT having Monthly training calls anymore.
The Tuesday Leadership strategy weekly calls at 9:00 AM PST are so impacting and powerful, I feel no need to have monthly calls as well.
I can feel the tremor, I can feel the explosion of SponsorDaddy and I have a strong intuition! Really strong!
If you do not have the absolute certainty, the supreme belief, the endless passion that this is indeed true, then I would suggest a couple of things.

I have always said if you do what People like Rebecca, George Hartmann, myself and some others WE all would be Millionaires! No doubt.
Lets wake up to the fact that Multiple Streams of Income are absolutely necessary in this economy.

It is NOT just a Lead Generator system, it is so much more!
I would say starting today, revisit yourself and ask yourself are you living to your ffullest potential.

You know in my life I have been told a lot of things.
"You can't do it"
"Your not smart enough"
"Your not big enough"
"Your not strong enough"
"You don't know what your doing"
"You don't know anything about a patent"
Boy I could go on for days.......this was so refreshing and something I will listen to a couple times a week. You know when I got the call from Rodd sharing me his vision about SponsorDaddy it took less that 60 seconds for me to see the "end result" We are on a mission and you are all a part of it!
